WHEN YOU ORDER ON ZENONLALLIER.COM
PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY

All frames shipped to the EU, outside the EU (excluding UK, US and Canada) or Germany are printed in Germany by our premium studio partner, The Print Space, registered Art Prints at Jahnstrasse 18, Dusseldorf, Germany. Orders shipped to the UK are printed in the UK by our premium studio partner, The Print Space, at 74 Kingsland Rd, London E2 8DL, UK. Orders shipped to the US and Canada are shipped from our premium studio partner, The Print Space, 55 Prospect street, Brooklyn, 11201, New York City, NY.

For purchases within the EU, Print Space charges the destination customer with the German VAT tax of 19% (automatically added on the payment page). This tax is added and indicated on the final price on the payment page of www.zenonlallier.com. For purchases within the UK, Print Space charges the destination customer with the UK tax of 20% (this tax is automatically added on the payment page).

For deliveries outside of Europe (Japan, China, Brazil, others.), you might be asked by your local customs authorities to take care of the custom tax after purchase, before delivery. This charge is not taken care of by www.zenonlallier.com and is processed between you and your local authorities. Outside EU deliveries are not taxed or pre-taxed during the payment procedure on www.zenonlallier.com and a 0% or no tax rate will be seen during purchase.

For deliveries to the US, we print from our studio in New York City. If your order is impossible to fulfill in the US, or your order is printed outside of the USA, (You are exempt from fees under a certain amount), please find information at : https://www.cbp.gov/travel/international-visitors/know-before-you-visit/customs-duty-information

For other countries, please find the relevant information at your local customs authorities or nearest post office.

RETURNS - DELIVERY

All orders are final, we do not accept returns for any other reason than a damaged frame. You are informed about the size and the type of print before payment.
Most orders will be shipped by our partner DHL Germany, UPS (US and Canada) or Royal Mail.
You must provide us with complete and accurate delivery address information. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes not only the address that your order is going to, but also the name of its recipient. We will not be liable for the delivery of your order as a result of you supplying us with incomplete or inaccurate information. Parcels may require a signature on delivery.
If your order is damaged on arrival, immediately inform your local post or DHL Germany. Contact us in the next 3 days following the arrival of the damaged frame, with pictures of the damaged frame for the investigation so we can process the reimbursement accordingly.

PAYMENTS

The final price on www.zenonlallier.com, after you indicate to us the delivery address, includes production cost (for the specific frame), delivery and the artist fee applied by Zenon Lallier.

Note that when you order on www.zenonlallier.com (Switzerland) your payments are processed in CHF (Swiss francs), check the exchange rate and fees that may be applied on your purchase by your bank.
Your payment card will be charged in CHF at the foreign exchange rate applied by your relevant payment card provider or bank at the time of processing your order. Your international payment card provider or bank will determine the foreign exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge which you will be liable to pay.
Note that when you order on www.zenonlallier.com from certain EU countries through www.zenonlallier.com (depending on location and delivery destination), you might see the exchanged price in EUR or might automatically be offered to pay in EUR.

When you purchase a frame on www.zenonlallier.com, you do not receive the rights to copy that image, and reselling is strictly forbidden. Images are the property of Zenon Lallier, any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

1. Personal data that we collect
